I watched the whole entire season... They lost over 700 lbs of weight! That is extremely amazing, but most of that was bad eating habits and the lack of exercise in their daily routine.

They all look awesome.

I did not watch any of the show, was never home, but I was home to catch the finale, and it was awesome! That is definitely a reality show I could watch, inspirational!

Losing 55 lbs in a year was one of the toughest things I've done, so I can imagine how proud they are! Of course, now with baby on the way I am putting on weight again and I hate that, but if I did it once I can do it again! Wish I could go on the show! :lol:
