Windy!!

It sure is windy here in Houston!! Are we still going to get some bad wether tonight? I am ready for some cooler weather! BTW, the wind gusts have been up to 31 mph! As says my weather bug...

I know, here in Austin last night, it was sure howling. Woke up last night thinking it was the neighbors dogs, but it was acutally the wind. :lol: Just want a little cooler weather and a little less wind. That isn't too much to ask for is it?

We got a gust to 41 mph today at work (EFD). Here's our weather station online:

Disregard the Jan rainfall...the tipper collector blew off at the end of December and we had a flood every time the wind blew (because the wind was tipping the buckets inside) :-)

Where is that weather station located ? Houston is a big city!

Tonight and tomorrow were suppose to get 45 mph wind gusts with temps at 0 to 5 below zero it could feel like 26-36 below zero. Then after actual temps will be 20-25 below zero. Which really isnt that uncommon but what is uncommon is that highs should stay below zero till sunday :eek: Also blowing snow tonight...
