Man Drives Wrong Way for 5 Miles!!

DALLAS, Texas (KDFW Fox 4) -- A man who drove the wrong way down a busy street is in jail, suspected of driving drunk. He drove the wrong way for nearly five miles before being pulled over.

Before my dad died, he drove on the wrong side of the 4 lane highway for more than 10 miles before he sideswiped some out of state tourists. He was in one of the states of Alzheimers where people do things like that. The only thing was he had not been diagnosed as having Alzheimers.

Yikes! My grandfather, when he was like 90-something, decided he just HAD to get on a busy Houston freeway right NOW. So, he enters via one of the exit ramps.

My aunt was with him when he pulled that little stunt. I'm amazed he survived - her tirade that is! He didn't have the excuse of being drunk or having Alzheimer's either - just being his usual butt self.
