Now we will see if it is true for OLD WIVES TAIL

we had a bad Tstormes today and I alway heard that when you have Tstorme in the winter it will snow with in a 11 days. So we will see if it is true or not :?:

Well, we had very strong t-storms Wed evening/night. So, I'll look for snow around 19th-22nd. I'm betting that even if I look really hard, I won't see any.

BTW, it's "tale", not "tail". Let's keep this a family forum. ;)

We had a really bad thunderstorm here Wednesday night... So Houston is supposed to get snow? Or does that rule not apply for the south? :roll:

We had the big tornado outbreak on December 16, 2000 here(including the F4 that hit Tuscaloosa). The next morning, we had 1-2" of snow on the ground and 2 days later we got another inch. 12 days later, it snowed AGAIN about an inch. That was a memorable 2 weeks, coldest period in a LONG time.

BIG thunderstorms in South Florida so I have gone up to the attic and gotten out my snow shovel from when I lived up north for January 25th!!!!!
