Nothing to do with moderators Ivanova. Your assumptions offend. The doom and gloom and conspiracy theories are getting quite old.

Considering the energy release in even a M=6.6 earthquake, there's nothing that we could "leave behind" that could cause one. Certainly not without it's explosion being detected by non US sensors which would trigger comment from other governments. Bottom line-Tectonic earthquakes can not be triggered by any technological means at our disposal.

Such technology would be similar to that invented by the
famous son of a Serbian Orthodox Priest ;)

Nikola Tesla

Serbian-American son of a Serbian Orthodox Christian Priest.

"Tesla kept a diary of his experiments in the Colorado Springs lab where he spent nearly nine months. It consists of 500 pages of handwritten notes and nearly 200 drawings, recorded chronologically between June 1, 1899 and January 7, 1900, as the work occurred, containing explanations of his experiments. He was developing a system for wireless telegraphy, telephony and the transmission of power, experimented with high-voltage electricity and the possibility of wireless transmitting and distributing large amounts of electrical energy over long distances.

He also conceived a system for geophysical exploration--seismology--which he called telegeodynamics, based on his reciprocating mechanical oscillator patented in 1894, and explained that a long sequence of small explosions could be used to find ore and create earthquakes large enough to destroy the Earth. He did not experiment with this as he felt there would not be "a desirable outcome".

But maybe others have 8-)

oops... I'm back on the subject
that got me in trouble here in the
first place

btw... did you read this part
of his biography at the link
I gave above:

"Immediately after Tesla's death became known,
the Federal Bureau of Investigation instructed the
Office of Alien Property to take possession of his
papers and property, despite his US citizenship.
All of his personal effects were seized on the advice
of presidential advisors. J. Edgar Hoover declared
the case "most secret", because of the nature of
Tesla's inventions and patents. Tesla's Serbian-Orthodox
family and the Yugoslav embassy struggled with
American authorities to gain these items after his death
due to the potential significance of some of his research."

Earthquakes large enough to destroy the earth. Pardon me, but unless he is talking about drawing down the moon into this planet, it cannot be done.

Brent, Ivanova is allowed to post those inane theories here as long as it is done respectfully and without attacking others, whether we believe them or not. I don't!!

I just stumbled on this, and man this topic is heated. i can put my finger on it in the forum list, and just feel the heat off of this..Ok here is my views on this.

Ivan, you believe that a US nuclear sub may have caused that 9.0 Earthquake? I think you are watching WAYYYYYYY to much Superman the movie where as a Nuclear Bomb was set off along the San Andreas Fault line, causing an Earthquake.

Your theories can continue in here, but you will only get the same from everyone else..No one is going to believe you that other forces caused the Earthquake, or any other major earth disaster..I guess Mount Saint Helens is going to be caused by a deer slipping in the crater..The end result would be the mountain eating it up, and burping a loud belch, aka eruption.....

I will continue to watch this topic in laughing amuzement..Its better than Comedy Central, and a true waste of forum space.

Like I said earlier... I like to consider all the possibilities...
what's wrong with that ??

And speaking of that... maybe another power... besides
the USA... caused the earthquake near Guam... big home
to the US military... and speaking of that... since reporters
love to cover the tsunami miracle survivor stories... why
was there no one reporting from Diego Garcia... after all,
everyone on the small Indian Ocean island of Diego Garcia
survived the tsunami... even the political prisoners held there...
right ??

That question was answered elsewhere. It is a simple matter of depth of the ocean at the island and run up of the waves vs shallow depths other places hit. Debunk that now!!!

I'll give you one thing Ivanova, you sure can spark a discussion. Unfortunately the negative of the discussion is almost always directed at you since your "theories" are so ludicrous to most of us. Different strokes for different folks!!

My point exactly... a HUGE US military base...
on a SMALL Indian Ocean island... survives
a GIANT tsunami directed towards it... and
no one from CNN reported FROM THE SCENE
to tell America about the miracle ??

I should think Americans would be proud to know
God is on their side when He protected a US military
base on the small island of Diego Garcia... located in
the middle of the Indian Ocean... when all around it
was death and destruction !

So, why didn't at least FOX News *report from location*
to tell them about it ??

just asking...
