What about the French woman then? Do you think they just left her out or something? I don't think she's with "them" as she seems to have really lost it after 16 years.
Well, I don't think we'll be figuring out too much this year or how would they do a 2nd season? Another plane crashes there and gets LOST. lol
LOST new episode!

You can't be you have to watch it from the beginning. I don't think you can gain any opinion of the show unless you do this.
A scene where the big guy accidentally steps on a sea urchin and asks another guy there on the beach to pee on his foot...yea, like that really help him overcome his discomfort??![]()
No thanks...
Yeh actually its true. Didn't you see that on one of the survivor episodes when that lady peed on the guy because he stepped on an urchin. I don't think you should judge a show on one scene. Afterall they do a lot of research for tv shows so they wouldn't put lies on there.

Why do they want Claire's baby? Remember the French lady said they took her child.........?????
Yes the plane was off course something like 1,000 miles...seems like the pilots should have noticed that before it got that far, don't understand that one, but that is what the pilot said before he got "ate" by the "thing" which hasn't been seen or even figured into the show until last week in the hallucination scene with Boone.
Locke is just plain strange. On his flash back, it showed him in a wheel chair and at some type of agency for excursions and they wouldn't let him go because he was wheel chair bound. Now.....he's walking around. Was his spine spontaneously repaired when they crashed? or is it the island itself?
Lots and Lots of questions and not many answers, guess we just have to keep watching, which is what the show is suppose to make you do, like the last seasons of 24. I am not really in to this season...missed part of the first night and am sort of "lost"....haha.

Well, I have lots of question but I'll be patient! I see some of you, Mary for one, who have been watching from the start have questions. Makes me feel better!
But I have to admit, this kind of show does intrique me. A little sci-fi thrown in there? Is that what you'd all call it? The guy's sister did look dead to me! That was very strange.
And now I need to get to know these characters and figure it all out. Wish me luck!
Sometimes I miss a great show from the start and then play catchup. Northern Exposure was one. I didn't see the pilot until it went into reruns! The NE pilot is SO important!!! Joel is desperately trying to get back to civilization but he was stuck, in Alaska of all places. Sure I picked up quickly he was miserable there but after seeing the pilot I remember thinking - so much makes sense now!
What was the Lost Pilot like? Did it show all the survivors boarding the plane? And then the plane go down?
Discuss further, b/c I'm learning from you all!
And I agree - the doc is a hottie!!! Oh yeah.....and I like the overweight man trying to catch fish. Where have I seen that actor before? He looks so familiar.

Wnghs2007, tell your Mom I have had that same thought too. I still remember St. Elsewhere and that blew my mind and still tee tee's me off!
Those of you who are old enough will remember the last show with it all being in the mind of an autistic boy looking in a snow globe.....I was not a happy camper with that ending.
Miss Mary you will catch up, the show jumps from person to person each week and they all mix together.
The first episode didn't really start out like all go to the airport and get on the plane and then it crashes, like all the "Airport" movies, it was strange itself, which is what got me hooked.

Mary - I loved St. E also! Didn't care for the ending though.....kind of left you feeling empty. As if the past what 8 years were for nothing? Pure fiction? Well, it was fiction but I had my faves (Morrison, Fiscus, Westphal) and my least faves (Craig, Peter). Viewers got caught up in so many storylines and then poof, it was all explained as a child's imagination? There went any possibility for a reunion show!
When ER started, I immediately liked it as well. After St. E left the air, I was missing a medical show. Until ER started. Suddenly I was in medical heaven again....LOL I've read on several message boards that ER is better than St. E. On that I completely disagree! St. E was ahead of it's time.
Thanks for more background info on Lost.
Sort of reminds me of that S. King movie - the Langolier's or something? Where everyone is stuck at an airport but dead already? Creepy!
