I'm embarrassed to admit that I've got too many to really catalogue (I'm a child of the 50's with a garbage-can mind attuned to music and lyrics...), but a few of my auditory Hidden Pleasures which come to mind immediately include

"Sounds of Polynesia" (tape of sung/recited chants and slack-key guitar selections from the Polynesian Cultural Center on Oahu years ago)

and

all the Weird Al parody tapes (which I still think are hysterical).

I have the first volume of NOW music and on there is Backstreet Boys, Hanson, Spice Girls.... what was I thinking? I just skip over those songs and listen to the rest of the CD.

I guess I will have to say my most shameful pieces of music is my vast collection of Warrant and Faster Pussycat. Gosh I loved those bands back when...
