A WEIRD winter dats fer sure!
It goes without saying, this has been, one of the most BIZARRE winters in recent memory! Ours started out like "HOLY CRAP!" and now.......it's late spring, EARLY SUMMER like conditions with NO CHANGE in sight and here I thought that this was "THE" winter however, Feb is the WORST month for us, we get 99.9% of our moisture in the month of Feb, let's hope so, if not.........it's BACK to wildland fires, of course, with all the fires over the past 3 years, there's NOTHING left to BURN!
