Heres a little history on washington state. My friend is a federal Attorney named Kurt Riggin, he has been to washington dc he and his friends went to the national arcives to do some research on washington state. They discovered the washington state constitution was never ratified. They made 17,000 dollars worth of copies from there. They flew back several months later and tried to look up the archives, the FBI stopped them and tried to harrass them. When they got into the building and looked up the same files, they had been removed from the archive. But they have certified copies. That means washington is still concidered the northwest territory, and every law is null and void.

Hopefully we will get both Justin!! The 18z GFS is incouraging seeing very cold air in western Canada, though like I have said before I don't care what the models are saying, I am going on the fact that I have lived here all my life, and seen patterns like this that delivers good stuff!!!!
As for wind, I wouldn't mind seeing a Dec 1995 caliber windstorm!! I didn't have power for 3 days after that storm! Just that sound of 70MPH+ winds blowing past 100FT+ Fur and cedar trees. A sound I haven't heard for many yrs now

If you want to learn more about the H.A.A.R.P. Weather Modification Project, then I suggest you listen to Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell tonight at 10 PM on KVI 570. It should be a very interesting program.

Here is an article written by the people that will be on tonights show:
http://www.superforce.com/haarp/index.htm
It concludes that in addition to HAARP, there is another huge ionospheric array in Alaska. The page also contains photos, maps, and recommended links from Cramer and Dr. Joseph Resnick.

O.K. guys... this converstion is getting a little strange now. Kind of like X-Files... stange conspiracy stuff. Not into that at all.
I guess we have to differ on our opinion of 60 degrees in January.
The WORST kind of day in Seattle is a cold, foggy inversion in the winter. I hate it with a passion. Absolutely miserable. Cold, damp, and ugly. Just gross. And there is no hope of any precipitation under high pressure.
I love snow... but if there is no snow it may as well be warm and comfortable outside. Although frosty mornings and sunny afternoons are pretty nice. At least there is good visibility and sunshine.
Do you guys that obsess over uncomfortably cold weather just hate summer??

TT LOL, Yeah I agree, that conversation is getting a little over my head, anyway I love summer as much as winter. Expecially living on a lake, you can't beat a sunny 76 degree day!! My biggest outdoor activity is jetskiing, and wakeboarding!!! Can't wait for it again, but I also love the cold, so with it being winter, it might as well be cold!
