Here is a link for downloading a GRLevel3 program
GRLevel3 is a Windows viewer for live NEXRAD Level III data

Toward the bottom of the page is the download section

Sorry for not adding details. I figured at least one or two of you would have known since I posted the poll.

I actually bought shortly after downloading and installing it last week. I believe I checked it out several months ago, but then uninstalled it.

A national radar view would indeed be excellent.
