Me too Linda!

Veal.....don't get me started on that. :-( It's wrong, just plain wrong.

I know I will never eat another steak again. Beef has finally been connected and traced to colon cancer links. Something I've suspected for a long time now. But it was just never officially linked until recently. If someone has an occasional steak, that shouldn't up your cancer risk. If you have steak and beef a lot, I'd rethink it now, speaking as a colon cancer survivor and my dad died from CC (ate a ton of beef).

It's not the actual meat that isn't good for us, it is the chemicals that go into the feed cows are given to eat. Cows ingest the feed, loaded with chemicals and not allowed to graze on grass as they used to be. The cows are slaughtered, humans ingest the beef that is tainted with the chemicals. Then since beef is the slowest meat to digest, our colon walls absorb the chemicals from the beef. Voila - upping your cancer risk.

100 years ago we didn't have this problem. Farmers grew their own produce/grains and slaughtered their own meat, animals that had been grazing on grass and natural grains, that hadn't been treated with weed killers. There ya have it.

Okay, I'm done now.....
