Is SE ridge coming back

Our local disscussions in Miami are saying that an upper ridge is building back over FL and will be blocking coldfronts from coming down the state. Is that the same as the SE ridge? Also is the trough back in the West again,ridge in the East.

You will not see the ridge as strong as it was until maybe late March into April as the Spring Equinox comes into play...............JSB..........actually Feb. will be colder in the East.........but how often does it get cold in Boca ...I mean, :?: :?: :?: it is Florida
