Howdy all - it's that time again...please PM me with your nominations for January's MOTM.

I will take nominations until Friday at 6pm cst.

How do you get nominated? And what does this actually mean. Is this for how many posts?

It is not tied to a persons number of posts. Only qualifications I know of are that they have to be a member in good standing of Storm2k and it is someone whom you or they think has contributed substantially and in a positive way to Storm2k.

Other staff feel free to correct me if I have left something out.

Why do we do this? It's like electing a "home coming queen" each month. Comes down to the 5 to 10 powers that be.
If you ever say anything bad on here :

Or a "king" - but I disagree with your description. It's just something fun we do to honor those members who we (the members) think have contributed in a positive way to storm2k. It can be in many various ways. But if you don't enjoy it, you certainly don't have to participate. ;)

What do you mean, the 5 to 10 powers that be? Go look in Board News. There's been a wide varitey of members elected. It's only logical that it's members that most of us have heard of.

And I don't know where you're coming from with your "if you ever say anything bad on here" comment followed by part of David's post. :?:
