What are the long-term models suggesting for the end of the month or the early part of March for us? Will it still be to cold to put away the winter clothes?

Late February trouble for central NC?
There have been some suggestions by a local weather forecaster that there *might* be a winter event here (Raleigh) around the end of the month. I find it hard to believe with our highs now in the 50's and 60's and the only precip is rain. This late into the season, I would think that our only chance would be for freezing rain or an ice storm.
