Southern MI about to get hammered! weekend update.

#1 Postby Guest » Tue Feb 15, 2005 10:15 am

Winterstorm watches just went up all across southern MI. Looks like a good 6-10 inches perhaps imo. Maybe a little more if the changeover from rain happens quicker which seems very possible at this point.

And by the looks of it we may get hit again late in the weekend. (Will know more once the 12z runs are out). The 00z runs went a bit further north then earlier runs giving a decent hit of snow to the OV, Lower Lakes and from about DC North with Philly to NYC getting the brunt of it all east of the Apps. And then there is even more potential later in the week next week for the same areas basically and perhaps a bit further to the south as well.

Suffice to say winter is NOT over with yet for anyone.

I never put them away! :D I know better then that. Can snow here all the way into May. Suffice to say it will be alot colder the next week or so then it has been. No more 50s for a while anyways. Will be lucky to even see a 40+.
