Bermuda High may steer hurricanes toward Florida again

In 1983, only 4 named storms formed. Unfortunately, one of them was Hurricane Alicia.

I have a great respect for Stewart and his experience.

I'm going to reserve comment, until we see the "dry May with strong Bermuda High"

But I have to agree somewhat, I believ that Florida will se at least one major next year, based upon the current observations of the predominant high.
I am also an optimist and doubt we'll see anything like the nightmare of the 2004 season.
