Here in D.C. forecast for Sunday thru Tuesday is now for all rain. We will see. This is ridiculous- it just will not snow in the Mid-Atlantic this year. Things look great one week out, but as it nears, boom all rain. I am not crying, just wondering how so many times these models moderate. Aren't these models suppose to learn by experience and add it to the data base for next time?
