Ever experience BLIZZARD CONDITIONS with SEVERE WEATHER?

Not only are the models showing a 150/200 mile offshore run for the low,but it may be deep enough some folks on the east coast may experience THUNDERSNOW along with a 70 MPH wind. What I suspect...is that we will see,as the 93 storm forbode, up to three feet of snow, but also we had LIGHTNING going sideways,and a TORNADO had been sighted just north of where I lived in Cecil County,MD at the time.

For all intents and purposes,it is. It is a gigantic winter cyclone that will be affecting millions.What woories me,is that businesses and emergency management have not prepared themseleves accordingly by rather trying to dismiss this one off,it will not be that easy.

ExtonPA is right on the money,no,of course it isn't on radar yet. But,the pressure gradients match those of a major hurricane almost...

I live in Prryville and I remember a thundersnow in about '84 or '85. Do you really think we will get snow here? I work at the hospital and my hubby is a county superintendent. Any input would be great.
