I'm going to say the end of May because I think 2005 is going to another bizarre year. Hey let's not forget Otto that stuck around until December of 2004 season. The strom will form in southern Gulf of Mexico. It will form from the trail end of a cold front that will staul in the Gulf. Probably won't
get much higher than 50 mph winds. Let the 2005 season begin!
