Except for the Mts.,N.C. left out again !!!!! Still No Snow For Charlotte, N.C.-----------------:sleeping:

Unfortunately for folks in NC...I was kind of expecting that...which makes me wonder how reliable the GFS precip guidance is...the 850MB freeze line in the GFS model has consistently been draped along or near the NC border for the last several runs...and that is usually a good indicator of where the rain/snow line will set up. I haven't looked at any runs since last night...but I would bet that line is even a bit north of there for the next couple of days.

Sorry...I know how dissapointing missing a snow event by 50 miles or so can be...

This storm was a bust but the airport has recorded snow this season, so I dont know where you get the no snow for Charlotte.
