I don't think so, March is really a winter month in the high country and April is often no better and I recall seeing fresh snow on the Huachucas in May as well.

where is sunrise arizona? thats where spring training for major league baseball is the texas rangers are out there. that must be by phoenix. because its too cold in northern arizona right? i dont know much about arizona. thats weird how phoenix can be in the 70s and 80s and up in the arizona mountains it can be in the 30s and snowing how far away is phoenix from where you live. is phoenix by sunrise? where is sunrise. thats. kinda like extreme south texas like down around brownsville it can be in the 70s and 80s and at the same time in the panhandle of texas it can be in the 30s and snowing. but arizona is a smaller state. its like 20 hours from brownsville to amarillo.. phoenix and sunrise isnt that far away from the northern arizona mountains is it? that temperature difference is weird??

Sunrise is near Phoenix. Based upon the speed limit (and not the traffic which will slow you down), Flagstaff in the northern mountains is a 2.5 hour drive (180 miles) from Phoenx. Phoenix, though is at an elevation of less than 2000 ft while Flagstaff is nearly 7000 ft. For even more contrast, try Tucson and Sierra Vista where Tucson will be 110F in the Summer while Sierra Vista will be in the upper 80's to low 90's (unless we've had a thunderstorm and then we can be down in the upper 50's). The West has lots of contrasts like that over short distances. On a July day, San Francisco can have 60F and fog while 50 miles inland it's over 100F at the same elevation. During a Basin freezing fog event I drove from fog and 15F to 56F in about 5 miles and a 1000 ft elevation increase.
