Mary!
That last 3 store listing is my 17 year old daughter's places to shop too! In fact she loves vintage clothing and would love to find a cool vintage prom dress. I've posted this before on here.
Nina used to be into the Abercrombie look but somewhere along the line, her taste in music shifted, she became a huge John Lennon/Beatles fan. From there she got into alternative rock bands, Green Day, Modest Mouse, Flogging Molly, Something Corporate, etc. Then began reading Rolling Stone (her dream is to write for this mag someday, she will major in Journalism in College). Bottom line - she looks at that teen label phase she was in and rolls her eyes. She wouldn't be caught dead in something from those stores. The extent of her label wearing is one last vestage from this phase - an American Eagle ski coat. It's perfect for skiing so she wears it oh what, 3 or 4 times a winter? LOL But it goes right back in the closet, even if the temp is 0 out!!!
Teens - ya gotta love them. They keep you young!

I wear INC and Kenneth Cole, and I shop many different Macy's to find the specific pieces I want...in 2 days, we shopped 7 different local Macy's looking for 2 specific sequined Spring tops that I just HAD to have! I have to go into Orange County or LA to find a selection of Kenneth Cole...our mall doesn't carry that line. I am very line specifc on what I wear and always like the majority of what these two lines throw out there...
Brian is a bargain shopper and usually finds great deals on the brands he wears, Claiborne, and Kenneth Cole for Men, at Robinson May, or places like Steinmart or Marshall's... I recommend those places for men's clothing snowman...shop the sale racks...you'll get good quality, designer lables for the same you'd pay at Wal-Mart for their stuff....
My son buys everything at Pac Sun, and daughter is a Abercrombie/Hollister junkie....
So Cal offers the worlds best shopping experiences!

Old Navy
Sears ( Lands End)
Belks ( ours is still there)
Ann Taylor ( sales)
Gap ( sales)
However, most of my clothing budget seems to be spent on my daughter at
American Eagle
Abercrombie
Hollister
Urban Outfitters
Pac Sun
Anthropologie ( when she's "works" it off)
Sadly, I am the same size as her, but know better than to walk out of the house wearing American Eagle jeans and a Pac Sun shirt at my age ...lol

Wait a minute.... I thought all you had to do was splash off those feathers and give 'em a quick preening with the bill?![]()
Yeah, but I still like to style up in my down vest, Duck Head shirt, Duckers khakis, and Sperry duck shoes.
