Great news!

Today I was informed that I am one step away from being a semi-finalist in the National Merit Scholarship Program! I got a score greater than 200 on the PSATs in October (mine was 204) and as a result, I am one step closer to being a National Merit Scholar! I am now among 50,000 high-achieving students who were picked out of a total of over a million people who took the test. I'll find out in September if I get to move on further and become one of 16,000 semi-finalists. If I am not, I will still be designated a Commended Student.
