It feels like Chicago here.

The highest it has gotten today was 60*F with Cloudy skies and wind gusts to 31 MPH. It felt like 40 MPH when I was doing some walking outside.

Last night, a TORNADO WARNING was issued for eastern Lamar County. Didn't look impressive on the radar, but spotters saw a small F0 - F1 tornado touching down and disipating.

6:25 am EST:

Conditions: Light Rain (with thunder). Severe thunderstorms were occurring to my east and southeast
Temp.: 64°F
Wind: Calm
Pressure: 29.93"

A Tornado Watch was issued at 5:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. It's in effect until 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.

A warm unstable air mass ahead of a cold front, combined with an upper level disturbance will increase the threat of strong to
severe thunderstorms across central Florida.

The original forecast was calling for the activity to linger into the afternoon hours with a decrease in the severe weather threat.

Looks like the worst of it has passed our area. It's very windy and cloudy this morning. Hope to see the sun later today. :)

Yesterday, sunny and mid 50's. Today, cool damp and forecast of 2-5 inches later and tonight.

Can't you just picture cycloneye laughing as he posts those beautiful weather conditions every day???

A slight risk of severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening...some scattered breaks in the cloudcover currently...will make for a set-up for potential of those...and the high in the mid 60s today. Currently at 70F.
