Good Evening PBS Friends!
Cappy relit the fire back at TWC. I told him about the new PBS here on the island of Storm2k. I hope he makes his way over here.
Yeah Rob, it's not worth the aggravation of creating new names and stirring up trouble over there, especially with your heart arythmia! good luck with your tests tomorrow! Good luck too Dennis with your operation!
I was in a panic before when I first tried to get in here. I signed up originally this morning while I was at work, so I have the website on my PC there. When I tried to get here tonight, I typed "Storm2k.com" which brought me somewhere else. I was praying that one of the posts on TWC still contained this site's address. I found it on Streetsoldier's invitation to come here.
I like hte new emoticons we can use, especially; :evilbat:  :drinking:
:morning: (see a trend here?
). anyway, I'm going to have fun checking out all of these little gadgets available!
I never had a chance to tell you guys that I'm going to Mexico in March! I'll be staying at the Bahia Principe in Riviera Maya, just south of Cancun. I'll be going with 5 other girls I know from work. I can't wait!
Well, I hope everyone is doing well. Hellos to everyone here, and thanks for the welcome!

Ok, ok...I saw the "We've Moved" sign by the "former" stove...and I followed the path over to here.
I've been lurking for a few days now, and I saw most of the cyber-buddies had transfered over to here.
Dennis...good luck with your surgery. :?
Rob...take care of your heart. You've had enough Hospital visits since the beginning fo the year. :?

Welcome Stephanie and Shannon and I know that this board will excite you as there are many alternatives to go and participate to post so enjoy it here and keep bringing those who are still over there at TWC.
To Rob and Dennis I am praying for both and i know that both will be fine after this period.
See all next time here at PBS S2k version.

Hey Shannon. Nice to see another college student from TWC's Message Board over here. I have been here today and have really enjoyed myself.
I e-mailed a friend of mine from Springfield, Missouri who used to post on TWC a long time ago, but quit after he had some problems with slamming his reputation.
Let's keep workin' on getting 200 people in here. I am up to the challenge.
The snow has finally ended here, well for the most part. We will see whether or not school is cancelled tomorrow.

He everyone
Best wishes to Az and Rob. Yes we could use some warmth from the PBS as this winter is starting to drag. My wife just told me that we're supposed to get 4 or 5 inches of snow. Guess the kids will have a snow day tomorrow. That usually means that I get about 59 phone calls at work!
Welcome pojo, keep your nose in those books! We recently had puppies! If anyone wants a wonderful pit bull, we've got em! They're now 5 wks old, pretty much weaned and making solid poopies all over the place. Watch your step!

Wow, finally found my way over here, yesterday actually, but the trip wore me down and I had to rest up a bit before posting. Glad to see everyone (well almost everyone) here and having a good time. Good luck on the surgery tomorrow Dennis, you too Rob on the Arythmia. Nothing to mess around with. I brought some great authentic english tea with me if anyone cares for some. I know that there is a pot of earl grey and some gevalia brewing already, but here's backup. Soothes the soul it does. Ever since a british friend of ours introduced us to true english tea, I cannot go back to American. Anyway, glad to be here in the warmth. Cold outside here tonight. some areas are -20* already. We are in for a cold snap. I just wish that we had some snow to go with it. Only about 1" on the ground now.

Thank you for the welcome, David. I am sure I will continue my frequent time spent here at Storm2k. As I mentioned in another thread I would have loved to have started posting here when I registered in early October... just days into the inception of the site, but you know how it gets when you are at one place... other messageboards do not seem to fit in time you spend online; which for me is very often. Now I post on three to four and it sure is time consuming, but fun at the same time.
