*gag*
I knew it, I just knew it. It's getting totally DISGUSTING to read the news anymore. I just read what the Neverland security guard had to say today and it turned my stomach.
But I have to wonder why the guard didn't say anything about what he saw. Aren't people required by law to report ANY abuse of a child? Was he getting paid that much money that he decided to keep quiet?
Ugh...I have to go vomit now.
Warning to everyone else -- just don't bother reading it. Trust me.

SANTA MARIA, Calif. (AP) - A former Neverland ranch security guard testified Thursday that in the early 1990s he saw Michael Jackson perform oral sex on a boy who later received a financial settlement from the pop star.
Ralph Chacon was called by prosecutors in Jackson's child molestation trial in a continuing effort to show the singer had a pattern of molesting or inappropriately touching boys, which would support the current accuser's claims.
Chacon said he was making his rounds at Jackson's estate on an overnight shift in late 1992 or early 1993 when he saw Jackson and the boy in a whirlpool bath. He said he later saw them take a shower together, then leave the shower and stand naked across from each other.
Chacon said Jackson caressed the boy's hair, kissed him on the mouth and elsewhere and engaged in oral sex.
The former guard testified that at that point he left.
Chacon said that several weeks or a month later he saw Jackson kiss the boy. He said that the kiss was "passionate" and that Jackson then put his hands near the boy's crotch.
On cross-examination, Chacon's credibility came under scathing attack.
Jackson defense attorney Thomas Mesereau Jr. quickly established that Chacon had sued Jackson, claiming he was improperly fired, and that Jackson had countersued, accusing Chacon of stealing from him.
The witness acknowledged he was ordered to pay $25,000 for allegedly stealing Jackson's property, which Chacon said was only a candy bar.
He also acknowledged that he and others were ordered to pay more than $1 million in legal expenses to Jackson but that he had not paid anything because he had filed for bankruptcy.
The boy Chacon referred to received a multimillion-dollar settlement from Jackson in 1994 and refused to cooperate in a police investigation. No charges were filed against Jackson in that case.
Jackson, 46, is on trial on charges of molesting a 13-year-old boy in 2003. The judge ruled that prosecutors may present evidence of alleged past improprieties involving five boys.
The guard testified after a one-day break in the trial that allowed Jackson to attend the Los Angeles funeral of defense attorney Johnnie Cochran Jr., who represented the singer in the 1994 settlement.
Those who want to read this here it is and those who dont want to read about what Jacko did dont read it as GD said.

SANTA MARIA, California (CNN) -- A former chef at Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch testified Friday that he saw the pop star improperly touch then-child movie star Macaulay Culkin in the early 1990s.
"I was shocked," said Phillip LeMarque, who said the incident happened about 3 in the morning, after he was summoned to cook and deliver french fries to Jackson and Culkin. "I almost dropped the french fries."

I think most of us have already made up our minds about whether we think he's guilty or not.............unfortunately, I join the many here who believe he has gotten away with this for a long time..........simply because he is who he is.
It's almost a little sad to see the pictures of someone that many of us found very talented. I don't think he has a clue that so many find him in such low regard now.......his feeble little wave to the foolish that gather as he makes his way into the courtroom.......even seeing his bodyguards having to hold him up......or are they pushing him because he's having a difficult time??
I have wondered about his children. Are they allowed to stay with him now?? What sad existance for those little kids........p

SANTA MARIA, California (CNN) -- The mother of a boy who alleged Michael Jackson molested him in 1993 testified Monday that she allowed her son to start spending nights alone with the pop star after a sobbing Jackson pleaded with her to let them sleep together.
Taking the stand in Jackson's child molestation trial, the mother said she initially refused Jackson's requests for them to spend nights together. But she said she relented during a trip to Las Vegas in March 1993, after Jackson -- whom she described as "sobbing, crying, shaking and trembling" -- confronted her.
"You don't trust me. We're a family," she quoted the entertainer as saying. "There's nothing wrong. There's nothing going on. Why don't you trust me?"
After 30 to 40 minutes of pleading, the mother said she relented, and the singer and child then began sleeping in the same bed on nights when they were together. The boy was 13 at the time.

SANTA MARIA, California (CNN) -- The family of the teenager at the center of Michael Jackson's child-molestation trial was offered a new house and free college educations in exchange for appearing in a video refuting a damaging TV documentary, the teenager's stepfather testified.
Taking the stand at Jackson's child molestation trial, the stepfather also told jurors that the accuser, then 13, became mean, rude and distant after the time he spent with Jackson and that it took "several months" for his behavior to return to normal after the family left Jackson's Neverland Ranch in March 2003.
The boy's stepfather described him as "brainwashed," leading to a vigorous objection from Jackson's defense. The remark was stricken and the jury admonished to disregard it.

Todays day at trial has more testimony not in favor of Jacko.

SANTA MARIA, California (CNN) -- The mother of the teenager at the center of Michael Jackson's child-molestation trial testified Wednesday about what she said was an elaborate scheme by the Jackson camp to detain her family in Miami.
The mother testified that in February 2003, after the documentary "Living With Michael Jackson" was broadcast in Britain, the pop star called her from Miami, Florida, to tell her that the boy was in danger "and there had to be a press conference."
No news conference was held during the family's stay in Miami. The prosecution alleges the trip was a ruse to keep the family from seeing the program when it was broadcast in the United States.
The accuser's mother also testified Wednesday that she never signed a release allowing her son to be filmed in the 2003 documentary that showed the then-13-year-old holding hands with Jackson -- and did not know about it until months afterward.
The mother is expected to be a key witness in trying to prove the prosecution's contention that Jackson and five associates engaged in a conspiracy to intimidate the accuser's family and hold them against their will, in an effort to get them to participate in damage-control efforts after the documentary was broadcast.
The defense has painted the accuser's mother as a greedy, manipulative force behind the allegations against Jackson, charging that she repeatedly used her son's bout with cancer to extract money from celebrities.

SANTA MARIA, California (CNN) -- The mother of the teenager accusing Michael Jackson of child molestation testified Thursday that she was acting when she heaped praise on him during the filming of a video designed to rebut a 2003 television documentary on the pop star.
On the stand for another day of testimony in Jackson's child molestation trial, the mother said the video was scripted by Jackson's associates.
When she veered off script and said that God had healed her son's cancer -- instead of saying Jackson had healed the boy -- and mentioned an investigation by the state Children and Family Services Division, she said she got in "trouble."

Jackson Accuser's Mother Cross-Examined
SANTA MARIA, Calif. (AP) - Michael's Jackson's lead defense lawyer kicked off his cross-examination of the mother of the singer's accuser Friday, with a combative, fast-moving barrage of questions that caused the woman to turn to jurors at one point and say, "No, he's wrong."
Lead defense attorney Thomas Mesereau Jr. repeatedly instructed the mother to respond succinctly and directly to his questions, but she launched into lengthy speeches in answer to each inquiry. The cross-examination of the woman is expected to be among the most heated episodes in Jackson's child-molestation trial.
Judge Rodney S. Melville chastised Mesereau for unprofessional conduct at one point, and asked the woman not to give lengthy answers unrelated to the questions she was asked.
Jackson, 46, is charged with molesting the woman's son in 2003, when he was 13, and keeping the youngster and his family captive. The cross-examination began after the woman wound up two days of testimony for the prosecution.

Mesereau repeatedly has told jurors the woman ripped off celebrities and other targets by exploiting her son's fight with cancer, and also has accused her of filing a past lawsuit that Mesereau says was bogus. The family received a settlement of more than $150,000 after alleging they were roughed up by department store security guards.
When Mesereau played a recording Friday of a conversation between the mother and one of Jackson's associates, she snapped: "This tape has been manipulated."
She also said she gave a poor performance on a videotaped interview with the entertainer's associates because she is a "bad actress." Mesereau fired back: "I think you're a good one."
Confronted with questions about a report she made against her ex-husband accusing him of molesting her daughter, the woman refused to answer the question directly and instead turned to the jury again and said, "No, he's wrong."
But after a verbal tug-of-war of words between the witness and lawyer, she agreed she had made such a report, but said it was "in the midst of all the other information about (the ex-husband)."
(AP) Jessalyn Kamiya, 13, screams while her friend, Caitlin Salinas, 13, looks on as Michael Jackson...
"You reported him for falsely imprisoning your family?" asked Mesereau.
"They investigated him," she said.
The witness also sparred with Mesereau when he asked whether Jackson associates took her to get a "body wax."
"Incorrect," she said. "I had a leg wax." After another question, she turned to the jury and said, "His statement is inaccurate. He keeps saying body wax." Waxing is a method of hair removal.
Defense attorneys contend the family had a history of ingratiating themselves with celebrities by presuming close relationships with people they barely knew, as part of a plot to bilk the celebrities out of money.

Earlier Friday, prosecutors showed the jury videotaped surveillance of the accuser's relatives at a time some were allegedly held captive at the pop star's ranch.
The video footage played by prosecutors was taken in mid-February 2003, when the family was allegedly being kept at Jackson's Neverland ranch. The tapes were taken from the office of Bradley Miller, an investigator hired by former Jackson attorney Mark Geragos.
On Thursday, the accuser's mother pledged that she had no plans to sue the singer. The statement came after two days on the stand in which she told of Jackson's associates shuttling her family from one location to the next to protect them from "killers." She said Jackson's people never told her who the alleged killers were.
She testified that she never had a chance to seek help, and that even if she did, she doubted police would believe her story.
"Who could possibly believe this?" she said.

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - The mother of Michael Jackson’s young accuser cited attorney-client privilege Monday in refusing to say whether she was represented by a lawyer at a time she and her children were allegedly held captive by the pop star.
Resuming a tough cross-examination that began last week, Jackson attorney Thomas Mesereau asked the woman if she had been represented by lawyer Michael Manning from 2001 through 2004 on issues involving her divorce.
Read the rest of the very tough cross-examination she is going thru at link below.

Liked him as a child singer with the J-5 and think around the time of Thriller he was a supreme talent. Irregardless of what he may or may not have done, the colossal misjudgement starts with his failure to remotely comprehend that a 30+ years old man does not frolick in the bed with adolescent children. Having made that colossal misjudgement and still defending it to this day as "love..innocent..pure" it is most likely that he made other bad decisions and actions.

I still contend that Michael Jackson simply does not know fact from fantasy, right from wrong, or even how to show or share love in his life.
His world has been so twisted by his unreal environment that he just doesn't have a clue.
I contend as well that those parents who allowed their kids to spend any time with that man in an overnight environment are also out of touch with reality. Sacrificing your own child in the hopes of perhaps an autograph at best or an inappropriate encounter at worst, is the only thing more disgusting than the acts of Michael himself.
He is a talented man who has evolved into an alien lifeform right here on earth. Sad for the victims...and sad for him too.

I tend to believe that initally there was no intent toward sexual contact, that he was in fact trying to make up for a childhood he did not have, Neverland is a fine concept, but at the end of the day the kiddies got to go home and not start playing jump rope in the bed in their skivveys with Mike.

Jackson is the typical child predator....He has done it before and will continue to do it until they throw his a#& in jail.
The prosecution should have never put the mother on the stand, but their case is fairly solid. Couple that with how Jackson is not only behaving but dressing.
I consider Jackson scum, along with any person that harms a child.

As much as I do think MJ is guilty as charged, I also have to agree with both Poppysky and W53. The entire MJ saga is somewhat of a tragedy from beginning to now. None of the problems or tragedies in MJ's life excuse anything he may have done along those lines however.

For the sleazy grand finale of the state's case against Michael Jackson, prosecutor Tom Sneddon hopes to present a shocking story of Vaseline and alleged sex abuse, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
In a bombshell motion filed in closed court, Sneddon has obtained testimony from a former Neverland security guard -- a guard who claims he fetched Vaseline for an aroused King Of Pop!

In 1993: "Jackson called Abdool and asked him to go to Jackson's car and get a jar of Vaseline from the center console of the vehicle and bring it to his bedroom..
"Chacon and Abdool opened the unlocked door of the black SUV, retrieved the Vaseline and headed for Jackson's bedroom. When Jackson opened the door to his bedroom, Jackson was wearing only his pajama bottoms, appeared sweaty, aroused and Abdool observed Jackson to have an erection under his pajama bottoms. There was a young boy, who he believed was Jordie, in the bedroom with Mr. Jackson."
"Chandler was observed arriving with Jackson in Jackson's SUV. Chandler is in Jackson's bedroom when Abdool was requested to obtain the Vaseline and bring it to Jackson."
Sneddon now wants the jury to hear the details.
