Oh don't worry... I don't think it's about being right or wrong... I just think when you are wrong about something it's rediculous to deny it and rediculous to say you are right about everything....
TT your prediction for sunday was that some places could tip 80... Snow wizzard said with some showers some places wouldn't get out of the 50's... My forecast high for tomorrow is 58. Now can you admit you were wrong about sunday or are you going to continue your rant about being correct about the pattern change?

Even Snow_Wizzard does not think he was dead on!!
I will say its the middle of the night right now. Does that make true?? You are just kidding yourself.
I said my timing was off. Thats a fact.
I have also said there would be showers around... even in my warm forecast.
Much more importantly... the warm weather came and places hit 80 degrees.
You arguing with yourself now. You are making a point with nobody.

Hi Guys! A pretty mild day here in Woodinville. Though we had partly to overcast skies at times. My high today was 70, but sure felt WARMER than that late this morning and early afternoon. Though for sure we would have some good T-Storm. But Nope! No storms as yet...but looks like maybe we could some rumbles thunder if some of the heavyer showers come my way. I want thunder storms!!

No TT, you didn't get it right... You were off 2 days which means you were wrong... Plain and simple... You were wrong about yesturday, and you are wrong about tomorrow as well. Plain and simple... In your original forecast you did not say there would be showers tomorrow... in your revised forecast that was influenced by snow wizz, you said showers friday through sunday... You were right about the pattern change, you were right about it getting warm... The only thing that you got right that nobody else did really was the pattern change... I am not arguing with myself... I know you were wrong about the things i accused you of and you are in denial... You were two days off with your prediction and there is no excuses... i don't care if it came 1 day from your prediction... If steve pool forecasted a high of 80 on sunday and 68 on friday and it was the complete opposite and the high of 80 came on friday and the high of 68 came on sunday he would be given HELL... STOP SAYING YOU WERE RIGHT ABOUT THIS BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT... YOu predicted 80 on sunday, its going to be in the low to mid 60's, upper 60's at best... You predicted upper 60's on friday, we got upper 70's to near 80. Meaning... you were wrong... No the important thing is not that it did get warm, anyone could have predicted that.... 2 days doesn't matter if you are making a monthly forecast.. But when you make a predicted 3-5 days ahead and are 2 days off THAT FORECAST SUCKS.

Seems like a marine push has hit us in the north sound! SW wind really picked up about an hour ago, and it really cooled off also. Has that marine air smell to it! Been a dry day though up here and quite warm.
Currently 59 degrees at 6:45PM after a high of 71.
Here is what I spent my day doing..................
Took my dogs for a boat ride in my small fishing boat...................

Started my retaining wall block boarder in my destroyed yard. That is as far as I got today though
Does take about 20min a block to get them exactly level! I will be putting one more row on top of the base row. I hope to have the yard done in about a month!

I felt sorry for this little guy, first baby duck of the season, but it was all by its self ..........

Hey Randy....good pics! Looks like your retaining wall is coming togeather pretty good. Hopefully we can get some T-storms tomorrow afternoon, but there appears to VERY minimal to no CAPE involved
Anthony....
I believe CAPE is the measurement of just how stable or unstable the airmass is at the mid-upper layers of the atmosphere. And as for the lifted index...I think that is a measurement of a parcel of air and the amount of boyunecy and just how far that air parcel is able to rise.

Just cloudy skies here with a temp of 53 and DP 52 at the 8:36pm hour.
Looking the latest models tonight, there still appears to be some showers for tomorrow afternoon-evening time. So with lifted indices at 0 to around -1...think maybe we could have a few scattered T-Storm showers. Air mass not as unstable, but still enough to cause showers. Though I believe if we are going to see any thunder showers, the sunshine, along with mild air in place will have to be the mechanism to fire them up.

Even though I never really argued with him on this point... Snow_Wizzard nailed the forecast of rain.
The NWS ignored this completely all week and tonight it came!!
Now... according to Brennan's rules we would have to ding him because the rain came mostly after sunset to the Seattle metro and he thought it would be during the daytime. In fact... it was a very pleasant day around Seattle until the end.
But you know what... saying rain when nobody else was deserves credit. I could less about the timing right now. The NWS said a mostly dry weekend and it has not been a dry weekend.
Good job Snow_Wizzard.

Brennan... I understand you point about the timing. I get it.
Who else was saying it could get to 80 degrees though?? I knew the pattern was right for it to get really warm.
I had forecasted 68 degrees tomorrow at Sea-Tac... which could be close. I was off by one day not two. I thought today was going to be the warmest... and it was in places up north.
I was actually very close on timing as well. Not as far off as you make it sound.

No pal, I said snowwizzard was dead on this twice... I don't ding him for everything... It even rained at his house before dark, and i got showers at mine before dark as well. And yes, you were 2 days off on the hott day... You said sunday would tip 80, and it tipped 80 on friday... Sunday is 2 days ahead of friday... I thankyou for actually giving credit to snowwizz but i think it's low to say that it isn't as rewarding because you didn't argue with him... And yes, you did argue with him at first, at first you said it was going reach 80 and it would be sunny... Shortly after, you changed your forecast and said showers... So you did argue with him on your original forecast, you even wanted to bet on it...

Could we be seeing some colder nights ahead?
