Andrew gives me the creeps. The actor playing this part is great in this role. You could tell the Minister is VERY worried. What's he going to do - go on a shooting rampage in the neighborhood or at school? Confidentiallity asise, I hope that Minister speaks up. But what can you do? Not much, except commit him.
So this is all because the ambical cord was wrapped around his neck at birth? Okay then.....something's twisted.
And yet, no one is connecting the way that household is run to why Andrew has problems? I would think living in a perfect home, expected to be perfect, has plenty to do with his choices.
Susan's mother is too much! Mrs. McClusky is asking too much of Lynnette. Can Lynnette never catch a break?
No Edie again this week. I'll watch the recap next week but will it be just clips of footage we've seen Brent? Hoping something new is thrown in there.

As far as I can tell... the preview was solely stuff we had seen. Edie WILL be on next week.

I doubt it... I think last night was the beginning of a big plot that will last into next season.

Forget that...
SPOILERS BELOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!(Just about Andrew)
From SPOILERFIX:

IMO, Andrew isn't as creepy as Zack.
The problem with Andrew telling Rev. Sykes all that info is that it's bound by confidentiality. And yet, I believe there is a law (at least, in real life, but this is fiction we're talking about) that states that a person has a legal obligation to warn someone if another person has made threats/described plans to hurt another.

One last spoiler(well, not really, anyone who read ABC's PR on the next new episode with new stuff in it knew this)
Kristin at E! Online Weekly Chat:
Any new DH scoop?
We haven't seen the last of Bree's pharmacist friend George (Roger Bart). He'll be back in the beginning of May, and this time Rex won't be so lighthearted about having him around.

Once again, you're right Shawn. Put Zach next to Andrew, and Zach is far more alarming. But he doesn't hide it, that's the difference here. Andrew pours on the charm, having his good looks and all, knowing people think he's a good kid, will do the right thing, etc. Zach already expects people to feel sorry for him, having lost his mother to suicide. Not to mention his father doesn't seem normal either. Susan watches that house, with concern. Doesn't seem as though anyone is watching Andrew, except for Bree.
The two aren't friends are they? They seem so different. One's the nerdy kid and the other the popular kid, you know the types from HS. The two cliques that never meet in the middle.

Found a few spoilers at TV Guide, of all places....
2 questions on the weekly Ask Ausiello column:
FYI, sometimes you need to read the entire column, to understand his answers, b/c they tie in with a previous, wacky question and/or answer!
http://www.tvguide.com/news/askausiello/
Question: You have the biggest head I have seen since King Kong. I mean it is huge! I think I shall dub thee Waterhead Mike, 'cause your head is just that big. Now that I've got that out of my system, any scoop on Alfre Woodard's character on Desperate Housewives? — Ericka
Ausiello: King Kong? Really? Well, you know what they say about disproportionately large heads. Anyway, regarding Ms. Alfre, exec producer Kevin Murphy tells me that her character will appear in the final two episodes of the season before returning as a regular next fall. And, "like our other housewives, she's a mother who's willing to go to extreme means to protect her family," he previews, adding that "Alfre will be central to the prevailing mystery of next season." The role of her early-twentysomething son, meanwhile, has not yet been cast, and Murphy says it could very well be filled by an unknown. "If we can find that fantastic star on the rise, we'll grab him."
Question: Any Desperate Housewives spoilers? — Teri
Ausiello: You mean what I just gave you wasn't enough? Hrumph. Well, Kevin Murphy also confirmed that another VIP along Wisteria Lane will be pushing up daisies with Mrs. Huber by season's end. "And when we say we're going to kill a character," he teases, "it's not going to be Mailman No. 3. It's going to be a character we know and love and/or hate." Also in the finale, viewers are "going to learn a lot about what happened the day Mary Alice shot herself. The episode is going to take place as much in the past as the present. There's going to be a lot of going back and exploring the roots of the mysteries that were introduced in the pilot. And there will be a gigantic cliff-hanger in the end." And no, it does not involve Alfre's placement in the new cast photo. That was just a nasty rumor I started right this second.

No problem. Once you begin visiting TV Guide's online site daily, it's hard to stop. I find out all sorts of tidbits, info, trivia that I wouldn't anywhere else. And it's free! This Ask Ausiello column if hysterical at times. He has quite the following, if you read the questions occasionally like I do. Lots of back and forth banter.
And I always think - what a cool job, writing about TV shows, online and making a living off of that!

I'm wondering who Paul will try to kill next...
I was leaning towards Felicia Tillman(Mrs. Huber's sister) because she seems to be uncovering the mystery very quickly, but now I'm not so sure. Maybe Mike, especially if he finds out that he knows that he got a toy chest, or I was actually thinking, what if those early spoilers(from months ago) were wrong and Mike tries to kill Paul for the same reason? He eventually figures it out that Paul killed Deidre. He loved Deidre(apparently), so it looks like he'd do everything he could(he's already gotten shot breaking into someone's house and he's killed and been a drug dealer before).
I'm stumped.

I was contemplating skipping tonight's re-cap special. But now I think I'll at least record it. Who knows, we might catch something we completely missed the first time around! That pertains to everyone but Brent......LOL Just kidding Brent, I could get into reading spoilers, for some shows. I tried it last year for Friends, b/c I was dying to know if Ross/Rachel would end up together. But when I read Rachel was moving to Paris, I quit reading spoilers. I was so sad! And it all worked out....
Here's the teaser from TV Guide for tonight....

Desperate Housewives: Sorting out the Dirty Laundry [Special]
9 pm/ET, ABC
It sure has been a busy year on Wisteria Lane. Neighbors are dropping like flies, secrets are resurfacing, kids are coming out of — then going back into — the closet. And you need a scorecard just for Edie's rotating roster of failed conquests. Well, ABC's put together a recap special narrated by the dearly departed Mary Alice Young to help us catch up. Maybe now we'll finally get to the bottom of whatever that creepy widower of hers is up to. — Damian J. Holbrook
