Question about GOM Low?

What will be the trigger to develop the low in the Bay of Campeche?

Shear has to relax...SST;s could be better.the low must separate from its parent front and develop convection around the center. The chances of all three happening appear slim

Wow, it certainly has to do a few things. I agree with you, the chances do seem fairly slim now.
