That thunderstorm produced dime sized hail and a record 2.88 inches at Miami International Airport that broke the original record of 2.75inches set on May 3rd 1963.

Opa Locka picked up 2.74 inches, Tamiami Aiport, in West Kendall saw 1.58 inches, and Pembroke Pines 0.56 inches.
