can't log on.

can't log on.

I go to log in, after I hit enter it returns to the log on menu any suggestions

This is usually a cookie issue. Delete your cookies, close Internet Explorer and the try again. It's important that you close all Internet Explorer windows after you delete your cookies. :-)

That did it. Had to restart the computer too. Thanks.
