Standoff Happened last night!

Last night, Police, security guards, and courtesy patrols have surrounded one of the buildings nextdoor to where my family lives at. A disgruntled drunken resident was asked to leave and he wasn't gonna budge. The drunken lunatic threatened to kill himself if he doesn't get what he wanted.

At 7:00PM CDT, the residents were asked to evacuate the premesis temporarily until the situation was taken care of. The standoff lasted 3 hours, luckily no one was taken hostage, killed, or injured. The disgruntled resident was taken out of the suite/apartment and arrested by police never to return on the premesis again.

Wow.......Small world. We had a standoff situation last night also near here. Some nut took his family hostage and threatened to kill them. He fired several shots at police, but was finally talked down after about 6 hours. SWAT was ready to take him out. Crazy world.
