Very interesting photos that show how things were looking before the 4 hurricanes in 2004 made landfall in the US and then how things looked after those landfalls.

Thanks. This is a great site. I also discovered on this site the impact changes left by Hurricane Georges in 1998. It is truly amazing how much of the natural barrier islands have disappeared leaving Louisiana more vulnerable even for a Cat. 1 hurricane or tropical storm.
