Here we are on the 10th of May and already 4 tropical waves are traveling thru the Atlantic Basin. On average around 100 tropical waves tracel from east to west and many of them make it into the Eastern Pacific where some of them start to organize if the conditions are right.Right now wave #3 (Blue Line is the position by 1500z on the 10th) is poised to affect the Lesser Antilles by late thursday with scattered showers.I will watch the area east of the islands as something may get going more early than normal due to the very warm sst's at the MDR (MEAN DEVELOPMENT REGION).As the factor about ENSO is now clear and that is no el nino thru at least the Northern Hemisphere Summer the main factor now will be how the Azores and Bermuda highs will be in terms of position and strengh and looking at how this factor will be will tell ushow the steering of systems will be.
