Did it snow on New Years Eve of 1998? in Cape Cod?
I got 3" of dry snow on Jan 1 1998, anybody else get any snow?a couple of days before that, a noreaster moved through.

Wasn't that the "Super El Nino" winter, that was almost snowless?
