91L back to life

Rotation near southeastern Cuba seems to be what's left from 91L, and is probably going to bring more heavy rain to Louis, who I'm sure doesn't what anymore. Best of luck dealing with this, Louis keep us informed if you can.

Towering cloud tops south of PR,if this holds together PR & the northeastern islands are going to get pounded with very heavy rain!
