It's looking more like TD 1 will form from Invest91W and there will be no "crossover" that people are saying on here.

Yeah, I presume you mean 90E ...

Clearly, it wouldn't be able to maintain any structure crossing into the Caribbean. But I think there is some potential there for redevelopment if the timing is right. Nothing I'm ready to hang my hat on, but overall conditions don't look bad for development in the central Caribbean this weekend, so if a piece of energy moves in there, it could conceivably do something.

More likely, it would just be another rain event for Hispaniola and Puerto Rico (like they need more rain).

Yea the "crosover" people are talking about from 90E lol... that won't happen, lots of rain over the region I agree with, but anything as of a new TD unrealistic. I'd keep a watch on the 1007 MB surface low in the eastern caribbean as our first TD.

To me that would depend 1) what's the intensity as it crosses 2) how much land does the system have to tranverse.
