1. NEGATIVE RECONNAISSANCE REQUIREMENTS.
2. OUTLOOK FOR SUCCEEDING DAY: PSBL LOW LEVEL INVEST ON REMNENTS
OF TS ADRIAN NEAR 16N AND 86.5W AT 20/2000Z, ALSO PSBL GIV
MISSION CENTERED AROUND 21/0000Z.

II. PACIFIC REQUIREMENTS
1. TROPICAL STORM ADRIAN

They will fly in the pacific side as well when it enters the Caribbean starting the missions tommorow at 1:00 PM EDT flying over Adrian.

With the last few hours of images showing much better organization,
a flight now would be nice.

It takes time to get a flight organized. I doubt they can move it up any earlier than they already have it.

Definately looking impressive this afternoon! I dont think a cat 2 by land fall is out of the question. Either way, the flooding will be terrible!

The mission has left Biloxi base.It will be close to the storm around 1:00 PM EDT so stay tuned.

It would be cool to see if the RECON can find an stronger system, it doesn't look like a hurricane right now but it could be a stronger system as indicated by Dvorak that now classifies the storm as 3.5.

The recon mission this afternoon will tell the truth about how strong Adrian is so let's not expeculate if it is a hurricane now as the recon will provide the answer.
