In case you havnt heard there are phones,tvs,radios,etc in that part of the world.
In the city limits yes, but as you go out further their aint jack there. If you are lost or need help forget it. I know its not ancient Egypt, but a lot of them still live like the Mayans did back then.. Very touristy for this kinda stuff.
