Girl found in trash bin; Suspect Arrested

Another Florida girl...8 years old...found after having been sexually assaulted, then stuffed in a waste barrel and covered with rocks, THEN placed in a trash bin. :grrr: She's alive, and the (expletive unwritten) that did it is being held on attepted murder charges, amongst others. :larrow:

How about this insanity. Medicaid is paying for Viagra for sexual offenders. Some of them had assaulted children as young as 2 years old.
