For those in the SE La. area, right now on 870AM (5/23), there's a show on the "Spud Show" about Louisiana sinking. A new study has shown parts of La. are sinking at 1 inch per year. Now most of Plaquemines Parish is below sea level.

It's not directly related to hurricanes, but they do talk about the flooding issues we have in our near future.
