OK... so what does everyone think will happen with Felicia Tillman? We know she got attacked with the hockey stick by Zach and was, at least, alive when the ambulance came(per Edie), so she makes it to the hospital, but they don't have a very good track record on this show

I've been suspecting it for a few weeks now. ABC released photos for the finale right after it filmed(mostly on April 22nd) and it clearly showed Mary Alice holding the bloody knife. That pretty much confirmed it for me.

, and I really don't see the need for her anymore(I love her character though). The mystery is out so I think her plot is done.

Hey Shawn. No I didn't catch Ellen that day. Love her show BTW. I've always been an Ellen fan....she just keeps reinventing herself.
Brent - I think her character might be useful for a while but not long. I liked her sister better. And I keep remembering her Beebe phase on Frasier (she was a rather inept agent on that show, dingy really).
What about Lynnette? Do you all think she'll just jump right into the corporate world again, no looking back on her diaper/bottles/pacifiers/pre-school days? Don't you think she'll miss taking the kids to the park? I know I would. This is one family I'm curious to see how they manage the changes ahead.

Well, I know from spoilers that she at least goes back to work, even if only temporarily. I can't wait to see Tom handling those evil spawn.

No! I don't remember her appearing on Cheers (but I believe you). Was it a onetime episode/guest spot?

PS - been offline so much lately, but I just saw this on TV Guide's website and said NO outloud, honest.....

WHAT A PILL: It looks like Bree's psycho stalker will be menacing Wisteria Lane full-time next season. According to Variety, Desperate Housewives lunatic Roger Bart — the psycho pharmacist who killed Marcia Cross' TV hubby Rex in the season finale — is joining the show as a series regular. Speaking of Housewives, more than 30 million viewers watched Sunday's subpar climax. It was the soap's largest audience to date.

Oh Mrs. Huber was a riot.
I'm wondering if Felicia is more involved in the mystery... notice how she's acting like a mother to Zach. What if her husband is Deirdre's father(who's dying of the brain tumor), meaning she's Zach's grandmother??? It's just a thought, no spoilers. It just doesn't seem like she simply worked with his mother in a rehab center 15 years ago and would be like this towards him.

Spare me... and I will start throwing things after I get physically ill if he worms his way into Bree's life. Ugh... I swear.
Oh... I am STILL hearing talk that Rex isn't dead. I'm just baffled by it.

You may be onto something. Her interest in Zach isn't normal. All I know is that Rehab Center must have been a real fun place to work at. Not. Look what all came out of that place......yikes. We haven't seen the last of Deidre's family either. The actress that played her in flashbacks looks very familiar. Do we know her from another recent show or movie?
Yeah I can't stand George either. Can't believe he's going to stick around either! What for? To now poison Bree? See, that's another reason to suspect Rex isn't dead. He wants George close to Bree, so he can expose him for his medication tampering.
See what this show does? It drives us crazy and try and get one step ahead of the writers. They're probably all still celebrating, for coming up with such a killer show. Pinching themselves!

It's just REALLY bizarre. I mean I know they get attached at a rehab center, but this was bordering on disturbing. I loved her "I am going to make you some pudding" and then she gets beaten with a hockey stick.

05/25 - Rex is really (I think) dead. Marc Cherry and Steven Culp say so themselves in next week's issue of TV Guide magazine (on sale 6/2). With Rex gone, Marc Cherry tells me "a new man will enter Bree's life and he will have a shocking secret of his own." Cherry also confirms that a new suitor will be introduced for Gabrielle who will further "complicate the relationship between her and Carlos." Source: Ask Ausiello @ TVGuide

A new guy *besides* George??? George is ICKY with a capital C-R-E-E-P-Y. Another guy might be okay. I just don't wanna see Bree with George.

I think George will stalk Bree as long as she is with a man who is not him. He's followed her to a restaurant(back in January) and to the market in the episode before the finale. Oh, and he broke into the house.

FINALLY! I swear, not two days ago, I found a pic of her from Cheers and then as soon as I mentioned it on here, I couldn't find it again. Took some digging, but here ya go!
Pics and video clips: http://www.fortunecity.com/bally/cork/1 ... erly2.html
Here's the info on the episode:
167. Sisterly Love
gs: Marcia Cross (Susan Howe) Richmond Harrison (Phil)
Rebeccas's sister Susan comes to town to visit her but Rebecca doesn't want to have anything to do with her. Sam then gets it in his head that if he can reconcile them that they might thank him in the manner that he aspires for. Later when he learns that Susan has a knack making a play for Rebecca's boyfriends tells her that he's Rebecca's boyfriend and before you know it she's coming onto him. San then tells Rebecca that she made a move on him, and being upset with her, offers to go out with Sam if he breaks his date with her, which he says he will. But in reality will meet up with her after his date with Rebecca. Sam is waiting for Rebecca in the bar when Susan comes in and proceeds to come onto him, and it's at that moment that Rebecca enters. In a fit of rage grabs a gun and shoots Susan. She asks Sam to help her dispose of the body. They were going out when Rebecca turns on the light and the whole gang appears and Sam tells them that Rebecca's a killer. And it's at that moment that Susan stands up revealing that she and Rebecca are playing a joke on Sam.

Steven Culp Speaks Out On Character's Death
As much as viewers may have been shocked to see Rex van de Kamp die on last Sunday's season finale, actor Steven Culp said Monday he was mostly surprised his character even lasted this long.
"We all knew from the get-go that we were very expendable," Culp said on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, according to a partial transcript posted in the Television Without Pity forums. "When I first took it on, I was giving it two years, max, for this character, because there's only so many times you can play this scene over and over again. I think in the first episode, I asked for a divorce, and was poisoned, and I think in the third one I was moving out, and I thought, 'How much longer are we gonna go,' so I think I was lucky to get to the end of the first year."
Culp actually recalled the precise moment when he realised his tenure on Desperate Housewives was going to be a short one. Early on during the production of the show, Culp learned that the Van de Kamps were a distorted version of Marc Cherry's family. After a while, Culp got the courage to ask Cherry what happened to this father. When the answer was, "he died of heart disease," the actor realised it was over.
However, Culp added that he may not be gone for good from the show. "There was some discussion about me coming back for Rex/Bree flashbacks," Culp said, then jokingly added, "I said 'sure, just give me a truckload of money.'"
Despite Culp's comments on the Tonight Show, in a separate brief interview that Culp gave to E! Online TV Diva Kristin the week before the finale aired, the actor seemed to suggest he didn't know yet whether his character was going to survive. "You know, most of that really does lie in the--and I'm being honest about that--in the imagination of Marc Cherry and what he has in store for us," Culp said last week, according to Kristin. "And I've been saying that all year, and I know you've been thinking I've been lying to you, but it's really been the truth. They honestly, really, do not tell us anything."
Kristin also added that Rex might not be really dead, paving the way even further for a possible return of Culp. For Kristin's original report, head over to E! Online. Meanwhile, more quotes from Culp on the Jay Leno show can be found here in the TWoP forums -- thanks go out to the posters there who went to the trouble of transcribing his comments!

Episode 2.01: Title Unknown
Airdate: September 2005
05/27 - "[Betty Applewhite] came to Wysteria Lane with something to hide, and we're going to find out exactly what she's hiding in the season premiere," [says Kevin Murphy co-executive producer]. Source: People Magazine (Thanks Tristan for typing this up for us.) [Note: Could this picture be linked to the secret she is hiding?]
05/27 - IS REX DEAD? "Dead, dead, dead," says Kevin Murphy co-executive producer. Of course "our dead characters never stay off the air for long." So expect to see Bree's kinky hubby in flashbacks. WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN TO BREE AND HER EVIL-PHARMACIST SUITOR GEORGE? "We'll be seeing more of George. And we're going to meet Rex's mother. She's going to lock horns with Bree." NOW THAT HIS DAD IS DEAD, WILL ANDREW CONTINUE HIS MALICIOUS PLAN TO DESTROY MOM BREE? "Danielle [Andrew's sister] saw Bree lolly gagging while Rex was having a heart attack. That may color his opinion. Sometimes he will express his rage in very inappropriate ways. We've got something big in the works for Andrew." WHAT'S UP WITH THE MYSTERIOUS NEW MOTHER-AND-SON NEIGHBORS (ALFRE WOODARD AND MEHCAD BROOKS)? "Definitely keep an eye of Alfre Woodard's character. She came to Wysteria Lane with something to hide, and we're going to find out exactly what she's hiding in the season premiere. There's a reason they moved in the middle of the night, and there's a reason they moved themselves." DID JOHN DECIDE TO TAKE ON CARLOS FIGURING THAT CARLOS WOULD BE SAFELY LOCKED AWAY IN JAIL? "We did two scenes explaining that - one with a happy ending for John, one without - and we decided not to run either of them until next season." LET'S PLAY WHO'S THE DADDY? ... FIRST GABRIELLE'S BABY: CARLOS OR JOHN? "We have never seen her take a paternity test," says Murphy. "For now, it's in her interest to let Carlos believe it's his." AND ZACH? ID MIKE THE PLUMBER THE CREEPY TEEN'S REAL DAD? "We strongly implied that Mike thinks that at least. Whether that's actually true, we'll have to wait and see." Source: People Magazine (Thanks Tristan for typing this up for us.)
