CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (WFAA ABC 8) - Corpus Christi police have issued an Amber Alert for a missing toddler and his mother who may be headed to Dallas.
Police said 13-month-old Dylan Rios has been missing since Sunday, when his mother, Stephanie Rios, took him from his maternal grandmother's home.
The grandmother has legal custody of the boy after Child Protective Services investigated claims that Stephanie Rios is abusive and a drug abuser.
The boy's father lives in Dallas.
Call police if you have information about Dylan Rios.
