When will New Jersey waters warm up!
This is unfair, temperatures are now at 50 off the coast. I went there just to stroll across the beach on Sunday and I went to just feel the water and it was so chilly to cold. June starts tomorrow. Temperatures haven't budged for the last couple of weeks, in fact they have gone a couple degrees down.

I don't know that they ever fully warm up! I mean they get alot warmer than 50, but that water stays pretty cool I think. The reason the area can have cool SST's and still get TC's is they (CYCLONES) are usually moving so fast up there they don't have time to weaken even with the cool temps. Just my opinion though.
