Does Allison count?

I'm not sure Georges or Claudette really counts for me because I was on the edges of both (Georges, while driving through 'Bama; Claudette here, but barely felt and I didn't go anywhere).

Heck of a gap there between Andrew and Lili. What a rest, huh?

I remember all of us watching Lili here at UTMB...we were seriously wondering if she'd keep curving up towards LA or if we were in trouble.

As for myself:

Eloise
Elena
Frederic
Georges
Erin
Opal
Ivan

My most memorable was a tropical storm that came in at almost hurricane strength on the July 4th weekend at our weekend place on the intercoastal waterway in Freeport, Fl. I was in awe as we watched the water from the bay rise up to our screened porch and crabs started walking across our porch! We began lifting furniture off the floor and moved our cars up to the higher road behind our house. A sea buoy floated up between our house and the neighbors. Just as quick as the water rose, it was if a plug had been pulled that if started back down just as quick. I truly got a real appreciation of what a real storm would do.

Later Opal came through and took everything away. All we have left now is the land, we never did re-build on that property. Anyone want to buy some waterfront property?
