I don't eat much beef. In fact, didn't eat any form of red meat from '95-'03 just to see if it made a significant impact on my heart/cholesterol. Occasionally now I'll indulge in a good quality filet if we're at a business dinner -- but I have never liked prime rib, even pre-1995.

At home I usually serve chicken, sometimes pork (tenderloin). We eat fish and seafood quite a bit, too -- as well as meatless meals like eggplant parmesan.

(P.S.All these posts about food are fun -- and really making me hungry.... :P)

I've always wondered why some peeps like their meat rare...to me it's repulsive tasting some of that blood juice there in the flesh. :wink:
