FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...
A BROAD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE BETWEEN HONDURAS AND WESTERN CUBA IS
PRODUCING CLOUDINESS AND THUNDERSTORMS FROM THE WESTERN CARIBBEAN
SEA NORTHWARD ACROSS CUBA...FLORIDA...AND THE EASTERN GULF OF
MEXICO. THIS SYSTEM REMAINS DISORGANIZED AND UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE
NOT FAVORABLE FOR TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION. ADDITIONAL
DEVELOPMENT...IF ANY...SHOULD BE SLOW TO OCCUR. LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE OVER THIS AREA...PRIMARILY OVER WESTERN
CUBA...ON SATURDAY.
A WESTWARD-MOVING TROPICAL WAVE IS PRODUCING CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS
OVER THE LESSER ANTILLES. THIS ACTIVITY WILL LIKELY CONTINUE DURING
THE NEXT DAY OR TWO. UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE NOT FAVORABLE FOR
DEVELOPMENT.
ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
SUNDAY.

Darn near word for word from the 5:30 Outlook and from Mr Avila again as well. Something to watch alrighty.. We have had enough rain here in Florida this week with many records set and flooding. With no less than a 40% chance of rain for the next week I would like to see a poof anytime now..lol
