When will 90L invest be up for W.Caribbean Low or no invest?

Bump.Increasing the chance for 92L invest for western caribbean this evening or tommorow morning.I originally made this poll for the eastern Caribbean area but now the action shifts to the Western Caribbean

Air Force met explained in another thread that even if the western system develops, it will not go into the GOM as it will be sheared apart. However, maybe if the system develops slowly, then I would say yes. Who am I to say...

Actually, they normally just say INVEST... or in this case 01AAA INVEST. 01 meaning the first mission to this particular system, the first two A's for the first active invest, and the third A for the Atlantic. The second mission, labelled 0201A CYCLONE is a standard title. 02 meaning the second mission, 01 meaning the first depression (should it develop into one) and CYCLONE being a standard name for a depression. However, it should be noted this is standard procedure and it DOES NOT mean that the NHC nor the 53rd Wx Recon Squadron believes it will definately become a TD.
