No... audio only for the verdict, like the Peterson trial.

Alicia!!! I had a crazy dream about MJ's trial too last night. Funny thing was he was nowhere in it, just his staff/attorney's/judge (probably b/c I can barely stand to look at him). LOL Can't even tell you if he was found guilty. Guess I am following this case more than I thought I was!!!

I had a dream last night also...only mine involved work and everyone bringing in something for someone else to eat or drink, Fear Factor-style. My boss brought carnations and she drew my name. Then she fumbled through a small pile of 8 or so carnations (cut off the stems) and said, "I want to find a nice, full one for you." And then, I nibbled on the petals. One coworker had to drink the "drippings" from a trumpet spit valve.

I don't remember much more than that.

I'm sure my dream had nothing to do with the MJ case. As a matter of fact, I don't think my dream had much to do with anything at all. It was simply too weird for words. Oh, wait...MJ is too weird for words also.

Aha! So I did have a dream about the MJ case also. :D

Duckie - no matter how weird your dreams are or you think you're odd, you could never be as odd or strange as MJ. I really don't think anyone could! He is in a category all his own, of his own making.

But I did smile at your dream. I usually try to interpret my dreams, since they always drive me crazy the next day - now why in the world did I dream THAT, I ask myself. LOL

Michael Jackson's jurors began their third day of deliberations over whether the superstar is guilty of child molestation and a plot to kidnap his accuser.

The eight men and four women of the jury filed out of two white mini-buses that ferried them to the courthouse to resume discussions over their verdict on the fate of the "King of Pop."

It's taking too long for this jury to reach a veredict. Will there be a hung jury?

There was over 90 pages of Jury instructions, so it will take a few days. They may have not even taken a preliminary vote yet.

The foreman they elected does not bode well for MJ.

Expect a verdict no earlier than Friday or early next week.

Truth--The man is a pervert. Reality--He may be acquitted do to lack of evidence, and a badly presented case.

Actually they prosecution presented a formidable case. The defense blew it by not attempting any type of rebuttal against the defense's showing of the accusers initial accusation on tape. Bad move as that was the last impression the jury soaked in.

No doubt that MJ's constant antics have sunk in to this jury as well. Even with what some may consider a lack of evidence by the county, MJ's conduct has looked so self-incrementing that I don't see how it has not influenced the jurors thoughts.

He sealed his fate the day he showed up when the accuser took the stand dressed in pajamas. That had to leave a searing imprint in the jurors mind into what this sick *insert vile language* is about.

Guilty.....

This waiting around is driving me nuts... ugh.

How much junk is in those pages that wasn't covered in the trial? Sheesh... MJ slept with children and did sexual things to young boys. It's not that complicated. Oh and he's weird.

Quite a bit of it may seem insignificant, but a solid jury will read every last page, hence the reason why it will take a bit of time before they come back with a verdict.

Anyone who licks young boys' heads (witnessed by more than a few people) can't exactly be playing with a full deck...much less the other accusations. :larrow:

SANTA MARIA, California (CNN) -- If Michael Jackson is convicted on any of the felony charges he faces, his punishment could vary widely, depending on how many guilty counts the jury returns and how the judge structures his sentence.

If the jury finds Jackson guilty of the most severe charge against him, child molestation -- and agrees with the prosecution that he had "substantial sexual contact" with his teenage accuser -- he would go to prison.

That's because under California state law Santa Barbara County Superior Court Judge Rodney Melville would be prohibited from sentencing Jackson to probation.

Very interesting the information about what MJ might expect if convicted. And by the way another day for jury to continue deliberations on wednesday.3 days of deliberations and no veredict.

Four counts of committing lewd acts on a child under the age of 14 (violation of Penal Code Section 288)

One count of an attempted lewd act (violation of Penal Code Section 64 and 288)

Four counts of administering an intoxicating agent to further the commission of a felony violation of Penal Code Section 222)

Just seen on FoxNews; several black vans seen leaving Neverland en route to the courthouse.

Your guess is as good as mine about what's up here...
