In some ways, I don't even know why people get married. This country would be SO MUCH better if dating, relationships and marriage was UNCOMMON.

My two cents about dating in the workplace. I met my current boyfriend of two years at work. And wow, it is great, we started slowly as friends and then realized that it was more. (someone earlier made that comment, I think, start slowly) We have a house, a dog and are talking marriage (kinda doing things backwards, but that is us :D ).

People can hurt you, but what you learn from that hurt and move on makes you stronger and will make your next relationship better. It did mine. It makes you appreciate and better ready for whatever comes next, if that makes sense. And that comes from someone that got screwed over from my ex-boyfriend.

Good luck, but I doubt you will need it. You seem to have a good head on your shoulders and will make the best decision for you.

Thanks for all the advice guys.. If you haven't heard yet.. I told the girl today that I'd like to treat her to lunch 1 day while she's on her lunch hour.. She goes to lunch the same time I get off for the day.. {5pm}.. but is sometimes sent early because that's also the time we start getting hectic with our evening rush..

Wal-Mart is where my wife and I met. I worked sporting goods and she was in ladies wear. We worked together for a few months and then started dating. Been married 15 years now. She tells me she can get rid of me anytime she wants........."Wal-Mart will take back anything" LOL
Go for it, just don't get your hopes up. If you go into it not expecting a whole lot then it does'nt hurt as much when it does'nt work out. Good luck.

Thank you Bill.. Sounds like a plan.. I'm open minded right now.. Gotta stay that way..

I also have to remember.. in the event of nothing working out.. just realize that it's not me.. or her.. and that by God's will.. it wasn't meant to be..
